Franck Kessie Closing in on Juventus Move After Leaving Al-Ahli

Franck Kessie is reportedly edging closer to a return to Italian football, with Juventus emerging as his likely next destination. The former AC Milan midfielder is currently a free agent after his contract with Al-Ahli expired, allowing him to consider offers from clubs outside Saudi Arabia.

Kessie is believed to be keen on returning to Italy, where he established himself as one of Serie A's standout midfielders during his time at AC Milan. Juventus have reportedly stepped up their interest, with head coach Luciano Spalletti viewing the experienced midfielder as a potential key figure in the club's midfield for the upcoming season.

The 29-year-old is said to be attracted by Juventus' proposal and has reportedly agreed to a three-year contract worth around €4.5 million per season. However, the Turin club cannot immediately complete his registration because they currently have an excess of midfielders within their squad.

Juventus are expected to make room by attempting to sell at least one of Fabio Miretti, Teun Koopmeiners or Arthur. The club does not necessarily face an immediate deadline to register Kessie because he is a free agent, meaning his registration could still be completed after the transfer window closes. If the deal goes through, Kessie would make an intriguing return to Serie A with one of Milan's biggest rivals.
