Juventus have officially strengthened their squad by signing Turkish international Zeki Celik on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with AS Roma. The experienced full-back becomes the club's first major first-team addition of the summer, marking an important step in Juventus' efforts to reinforce the squad ahead of the new Serie A season. Celik has signed a long-term deal that will keep him in Turin until June 2029.
The move represents a significant boost for Juventus, who had remained relatively quiet in the transfer market aside from recruiting young striker Jeff Ekhator from Genoa. Juventus are not expected to stop their summer business with Celik's arrival. The club is reportedly continuing negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain over a move for French forward Randal Kolo Muani, who is viewed as a leading candidate to strengthen the attack following the expected departure of Dusan Vlahovic.
