Ahead of the UEFA Champions League final, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta spoke to UEFA's official media.

Mikel, how are the players doing? How is their physical condition, and most importantly, what is the team's mindset like?

Very good. Our preparation has gone really well. We have earned the right to be here through our hard work, and now we have to earn the right to become champions.

This Arsenal team can score goals from all areas of the pitch, and you remain unbeaten in this competition. Where do you think you can hurt Paris Saint-Germain?

Through different areas and different approaches that we have worked on. The game will go through various phases. We have to create those key moments, and when the opportunities come, we must take them.

How high is the confidence level within the squad right now, especially after winning the Premier League title and remaining unbeaten in this competition?

I think confidence comes from the journey that has brought us here, from the number of strong opponents we have beaten, and from the way the team has performed and competed. As I said, we have earned the right to be here, but tomorrow on the pitch we must earn the right to win once again.

Finally, a Premier League and Champions League double is within reach. It could become one of the greatest nights in the club's history. What would that mean for Arsenal?

That's exactly what we dream about — writing a new chapter in the history books of this club. Tomorrow gives us the opportunity to make that happen.
